There were a few areas they could have improved upon. During the installation of my skylight, the installer didn't realize the size of the skylight so he asked me to help him to carry it up to the roof. I thought that was strange. He later got help to bring it up. The contract also stipulated the amount of roof vents to keep it up to code and I'm not sure if we reached that. Prior to installation, there were some communication gaps where I didn't get emailed back quickly enough. I also wanted to see a list of local homes with Interlock Roofing and I never received it. I felt the competitors pre-sale process was better. I felt considering the amount of money I spent the service could have been slightly better.
