The product is good. I would not recommend them if they need it done in a timely manner. They could have improved on giving the quote sooner and giving a more realistic time frame for installation. “Dave did not give me a quote until two months after I contacted him. They did not start the installation until two months after I made the deposit. I was not contacted for three months. They wanted to install just before Christmas when there was snow. I did not feel that was appropriate. Tony phoned me in February to say that I would be one of the first customers in April. The job was not completed until May of this year. It was a year after the deposit that the installation started. There should have been a more realistic time frame given when I gave them the deposit.”
