Tell a client if there's a delay due to weather or manpower issues, as a client we shouldn't have to chase down people 2 weeks at a time after the time they said they would show up. And a phone call the day before the crew shows up would be nice as well just to confirm arrival. The final product on the house looks amazing.

“Coordination of jobs start dates was very bad, call backs and return emails on were none existant. I had to call sales rep to see what was happening. Every date given for start date I had to phone 2 weeks after the date to get answers. I understand about delays, but keeping informed on them would have been more considerate. I am a contractor myself for the oil industry and 8 weeks past contract competition date was when the roof was finally installed. If I did that to one my clients my company would be paying out of pocket for contract delays. The crew was great and so was Bruce, I just had to go through them for answers.”
