I felt that the sales pitch was fairly high pressure. We really love our roof but it was a pressure kind of a sale. WE have neighbors who have had the same roof installed. I talked to them the other night and they have a different understanding about how to deal with their roof. We were given more information than them. I think they were mislead. We are really happy with it. We are very pleased.
