I believe in the product. I would tell people about the product but it's up to them if they want to use Interlock. Company representatives shouldn't make promises that they cannot keep. I expected better service from the company. There should be follow-ups with customers during and after all installations incase there's further questions. Pictures should be taken before starting any installations and should be provided to the customers before the work starts. Pictures should also be taken during the installations and also after the installations. Should your customers that you care and follow-up with them to make sure that they receive all the necessary documents that are to be sent and to find out from them if they have any concerns. I missed out on the before pictures of what our roof looked like and I was really looking to get those to show my before and after picture. Sheldon said he could get a copy from google but that's not the same. If I had to do it all over again I would make sure I got the pictures right away and not when they're sent to the office as I was told that I would get the pictures the same day. It would be helpful if the sales person follow up with you before the installation and after to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If possible someone from the office should be at the job site to answer any questions that you may have. Payment options should be communicated clearly and in a language that is understandable. I felt as if all the Owner of the company and the representatives were interested in, were making the sale.
