The install team was fantastic, from communicating progress, status, were responsive to questions and concerns. Top quality installation and cleanup. One comment is that although the team cleaned up around the area and used a magnet to pick up screws and nails there were still many we found around.

The structural quality of the product is excellent, but I am not happy with the communication from the project manager. There could have been better communication, and more responsiveness. I really appreciate that the company does the follow up with the survey. I hope something is done with the feedback.
