Great catching up with Bruce Mehuys at the Spring Cottage Life Show last week in Toronto. We got our new Interlock roof in 2021 and it has seen some extreme weather over the last several seasons.

First contact with Interlock was with Bruce Mehuys who visited us at our property and put together our initial estimate. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with but due to an insurance settlement we had to wait a almost 5 months before we could commit to moving forward. Bruce stayed in touch throughout that period touching base periodically. Once we committed to our project Bruce continued to stay in touch and assisted us with a few minor communication challenges we experienced as we were getting our project started. The install team led by Jeremy were committed and once they started our project we juggled cold weather, wind and snow to finish our roof. It took a little longer than originally expected but the final result is something we are very pleased with. Communication is always the key. Recognize that the commitment to a new roof is a large expense for any home owner and the more engaged the Interlock team can be from a proactive communication perspective the better. No additional comments.
