I was contacted to move my project timeline up, but all contact info was wrong and bounced back. In the end, the materials were dropped off at a time when I wasn't around to receive them, and I was told my project would start in a month. There were about 3 deficiencies that needed to be addressed and they were completed about one week later. However the installation manager was very insistent and quite pushy on collecting the funds that same day rather than allow me to transfer money and mail a cheque to them.
