It seemed logical that taking the old shingles off and making sure the substructure was suitable for a 50 year warranty roof is good practice. (Especially since it was still less expensive than the Interlock roof)

An area near the size of a full sheet of plywood was reworked.Paul M did put estimates in the project to cover 3 squares of plywood replacement.
