Metal Shingles Edmonton, AB Review
Review: October 11, 2018Completion: October 1, 2018It's such a racket right now. To me, the only option is metal roofing right now. Interlock could improve by keeping us better informed to changes in the schedule.

Review: October 9, 2018Completion: September 28, 2018Communication of scheduling was a huge downside of this project. It made the whole process really unnecessarily stressful. I was contacted to move my project timeline up, but all contact info was wrong and bounced back.

Metal Shingles Newmarket, ON Review
Review: October 9, 2018Completion: October 9, 2018I feel you should have had a sample to leave with the customer to do his own testing & comparing. He should have provided me with a written estimate, rather than marking the amount on the brochure. I would have liked a written proposal.

Metal Shingles North Billerica, MA Review
Review: October 9, 2018One thing I was concerned about was the interlocking together and not have the water get into one of those grooves. I was not quite ready to make the transition.

Metal Shakes Salem, OR Review
Review: October 9, 2018Completion: September 7, 2018Interlock Roofing could have improved by communicating better when there was an issue. It is expensive, but it is very nice. We had the August 20th date picked out for a long time and then at the beginning of August, a lady called and asked us to schedule a date for the installation and I told her that we already picked out August 20th. They had to postpone because they ran into some issues and then they didn't show up for the postponed date, so I had my doubts. Once they showed up, got it… Read more →

Metal Shingles Windsor, NS Review
Review: October 9, 2018Completion: October 9, 2018They could have improved on communication. It looks great and we have had a lot of good comments on it. There was a little bit of confusion if and when they were coming. We had to pay 10% down at signing and we didn't hear from them after that. We were thinking we lost our money and this was a scam because we didn't get any communication after that.

Metal Shingles Hagersville, ON Review
Review: October 9, 2018Completion: September 23, 2018Was surprised and disappointed there was an additional charge for extra snow guards that were required, but leftover materials (significant amount) which would have been included in our price if needed were taken.

Metal Shingles Ottawa, ON Review
Review: October 9, 2018Completion: September 17, 2018I would say it's worth the money. When driver had to comeback the second, time, he wasn't too impressed with everything; They sent half of the product and then half of the wrong product so he had to come back. Overall pretty good.

Metal Tiles Edmonton, AB Review
Review: October 8, 2018Completion: September 20, 2018They could improve on the communications. Especially when there is a deadline on delivery of service.I think it should beNeil. The original salesman that took the order. The only one that I met at that time. I like Neil Wetherell. Not one call from Neil or project heads as to why the project was delayed by 5 months. I had to phone the office lady(who was very nice) but she was not informed. She phoned as to the arrival or roof material. The man who brought theroof out was excellent.Believe me. I… Read more →

Metal Shingles Warren Grove, PE Review
Review: October 7, 2018Completion: September 30, 2018I can't get up on the roof to really test it out, but time will tell. Thank you. There could be a problem in that your company is too successful to meet all the starting dates, but it isn't anything I would complain about in the end.
