Interlock Roofing should have returned phone calls to advise start dates and been more proactive in advising what schedule they were on. During installation, some days the crew would show up and other days they would not. Better communication with customers prior and during installation will be beneficial for your future projects.

We were promised that if the installers found structural problems or damages they would stop all work and call us. They didn't do that. The roof over my back porch is flat and John informed me that it would be a different style of shingle but the color would be the same. Interlock, it turns out, no longer carries the dark green in this type of shingle. So now my house and garage roof are dark green and my back porch is beige.
