Especially if they feel that something is not right. Things that he stated were fine Ivan fixed. I am just very upset that we were offered nothing as far as a discount. Just frustrating. I just hope parts of the roof don't come off when the high winds start. Didn't even get an apology in any form.

There was no follow up with the delays. That is the whole key to ordering a very expensive roof. There was a significant delay. If you promise someone six to eight weeks then it is sixteen weeks. That is concerning. If it was a week or two, or three I could have lived with that. The amount of delay should be communicated to the customer. The biggest holdup for the project was waiting on the raw aluminum materials to be imported. It took longer than projected. Interlock Roofing provided a great product and I am happy with my new roof.

Chris promised that he would put extra snow guards at the back because we do go out in the backyard during the winter. Thank you for the promptness of completing the job. The only beef we had was that the material for the roof was lying in our yard for over two months before the installation started.

Interlock needs to be more upfront and honest about how the roof is sensitive to foot traffic. When people walk on the shingles they risk causing the shingles to bend permanently. This is a disadvantage that interlock should openly explain to prospective customers.

There were weeks and months between when we signed the agreement until the job was done. They didn't keep us in the loop about when they would start the job etc. We just had the roof a few weeks ago. If everything holds up we will be very happy.

We had to clean up around our house to keep the material from the old shingles from being brought into the house and the many nails could have cause flat tires not just for us but are neighbours also.

I contacted head office advised of the issue left my cell number and email. No one contacted me. Not impressed with Customer Service (not received). Very happy with the product and look.
