This doesn't apply to the communication between myself and the installers because they were great. The only improvement they could make would be in regards to the warranty. It came a little late.

We really liked the look of the wood shakes that we had on our home, so it was important to maintain that. The Cedar Shingle profile was beautiful when we looked at the sample, but the final appearance exceeded our expectation.
