As mentioned above, it would have just been nice to have a bit more of a heads up when the installer was arriving. I almost didn't answer the door and because of so many thefts around lately, we are all less tempted to answer the door to strangers, or to even call the police. When we received the information about the guarantee we were a bit surprised. It seemed to have more loopholes in it that we don't believe we were told.

The workers came from R.I. every morning --with morning traffic through Boston they did not arrive until 10 A.M.--which is not their fault. Since the materials were here on sight the company should have their workers closer to the job. I don't know how that could be handled, but it would speed things up. The person in charge of scheduling our job was on vacation and no one was backing her up. They destroyed our deposit check but didn't reach out for a new one, I had to bring it up to Damon. The product is great, but the best part of this experience was the installers we had. They worked hard and were mindful of my family. The workers left debris all around the yard, killed some plant and we are still finding cigarette butts in the yard. The roof looks great, just very disappointed with the workers and what they left behind.

A dumpster was not able to be dropped at our house due to the location so cleanup was a concern and there was a lot of debris around the yard but that could not be helped.
