This was 3 working days after the work was completed.

The entire communication process in between was horrible. Timeliness were not followed and nobody was communicating with us in a timely or honest manner. If I didn't have as much faith in the materials used, I would have cancelled the entire contract for how awful the process was.

I think most of that was due to the weather, so I guess it's really not their fault. The job was done well with no problems!

Now, I am stuck with a part of my roof that cannot be fixed because they put the interlock on it already. The management needs to be improved dramatically. I hope that someone from Interlock phones me and asks me what was not done and what they can do to fix it.
