This was, of course, impossible in the freezing temperatures of November. I hope that I'll be receiving a message confirming this from Interlock once the warm weather arrives. Thank you.

Interlock Roofing could have assigned a project coordinator that is responsible for updating the client during the job. The receptionist told me when I called there was an account rep assigned to our project but we never heard from her. There is an Interlock Roofing sign in the garage that needs to be picked up.

Review: January 10, 2019 Completion: December 28, 2018I was not happy with the issue with the snow guard. I paid a lot of money and they were trying to tell me they weren't necessary when they were. Interlock could have improved on customer relations, and their expertise on what is needed on a project. Don't just charge whatever. After some discussion Bob did offer to give us the snow guards. As I understand Bob was responsible for the additional costs.

If the roof had been won in a lottery and was free I should have been treated better. Shame on Interlock roofs, and I cannot believe they are not aware of the incompetence in their employ. By the way, I do intend to file a complaint with the BBB. Others should be aware of the pitfalls, stress and financial loss I experienced so they can make an informed decision rather than rely on Peter's charm.

Our estimate was for 3rd week of October (or sooner) but it wasn't installed until mid-December. We are not sure whether a final inspection was done of the finished roof by Bruce Mehuys. We think it looks good but we are not experts and would like to know that it meets your standards.

Tony the installation manager never come out to the job to see how the job was going. We were told the job would take one week to install. The job took 5 weeks.

Because of the prolonged re-roofing time frame, rain leaked into the house resulting in damage to the ceiling and walls. Interlock did not have skylight purchased or available for installation when it was needed. This was despite the fact that the skylight was written on the contract. This was the major cause of the delayed completion of the re-roofing.
