Review: January 23, 2019 Completion: [object Object]The estimate I was given was $120 per square foot, and I know metal roofs are forever roofs, but I have a very small home, it is probably 850 sq feet, and I would love to purchase a metal roof through you guys, but the quote was $12,000. I could with my own time replace my asphalt roof for $3,000. If it was somewhere between $6,500 or $7,500 I would definitely consider it. A few places along the ridge cap appear raised - instead of being completely straight and level horizontally, there are a few places where two shingles meet in a slightly raised, A-shape. Also there are several places on the porch roof and on the roof between the garage and main house where the shingles are depressed - flattened or "crushed concavely". There are far less intrusive ways to get more effective feedback. Randon senior management calls to customers are more effective than customer surveys and should be done. It gets more direct information and you get the tone and emotion of the customer.

It was very disappointing that your company could not follow through on your promise. We really looked forward to getting the job done. There was almost no communication from your end. It was a waste of time trying to go up the ladder with phone calls. Not a good way to do business and we couldn't in good conscience recommend the company in our area.

A representative of Interlock called on the confirmed date to say they couldn't start for at least another week. Again, this wouldn't have been a problem if we lived there full time. However, when the contract gives a specific time period of install, it would be good practice to follow it, especially when the roof is for a second home. The roof is installed and it is beautiful. Thank you Interlock!!!

It seems the project was pushed into late December causing my concern as to low temperature (zero \*F) affecting product and installation. So far though, the workmanship and function appears to be at 100%. A few major wind storms since completion had no ill effect, and the intense rain storms have resulted in no penetration into the home. (I could not say that prior to installation!)
