Metal Shingles Edmonton, AB Review
Review: January 10, 2019Completion: January 1, 2019One thing that could have been improved on or better is for our salesperson, Derek, to get back with us when we called twice. I was happy to deal with Shawna. She was very nice and easy to deal with. They are coming back in the Spring. It was found that we didn't have enough snow gaurds added to our order. They will come back in the Spring to put them on where they go. It is very nice that they are not charging us for these as our salesman should have caught this and been put in the original… Read more →

Review: January 10, 2019Completion: January 10, 2019The end result is what we expected. Interlock Roofing could have assigned a project coordinator that is responsible for updating the client during the job.

Metal Tiles Minneapolis, MN Review
Review: January 9, 2019I have never been treated so negligently when attempting to purchase a high-end quality product. If the roof had been won in a lottery and was free I should have been treated better. Shame on Interlock roofs, and I cannot believe they are not aware of the incompetence in their employ. By the way, I do intend to file a complaint with the BBB. Others should be aware of the pitfalls, stress and financial loss I experienced so they can make an informed decision rather than rely on Peter's charm.

Metal Shingles London, ON Review
Review: January 8, 2019Completion: December 13, 2018I think a better estimate of the time frame for starting the roof would be helpful. Our estimate was for 3rd week of October (or sooner) but it wasn't installed until mid-December. We are not sure whether a final inspection was done of the finished roof by Bruce Mehuys. We think it looks good but we are not experts and would like to know that it meets your standards.

Review: December 22, 2018Completion: November 1, 2018I think they could have improved the initial sales meeting. He was supposed to be back in once they completed the job. I have not seen him. He said he could be back to have a look once everything was complete. There has been no contact yet.

Metal Shingles Washougal, WA Review
Review: December 21, 2018Completion: November 16, 2018Well, we could have gotten a phone call stating they weren't going to be there the day we agreed on. They gave us a second date and they were also not there for that one either, the third date they finally showed. A little more communication as far as letting people know if you can't make the original date.

Metal Shakes Smokey River #130, AB Review
Review: December 19, 2018Completion: October 26, 2018Interlock Roofing could have improved by telling me a more accurate installation date. At first they said that it would be done in July and then they said August. The installers also did not tell me that they damaged the siding on my house. I won't have any complaints once spring comes along and they come back and do some touch ups. I emailed them some pictures of ice that had built up on the snow retainer clips, but I have not received a response.

Metal Shingles Calgary, AB Review
Review: December 18, 2018Completion: November 15, 2018To this date, Dec. 17/18, we have yet to receive any warranty documentation. We feel that scheduling could be improved, and that someone should periodically either visit the work site, or at least keep the customer informed as to what is happening.

Metal Shingles St Albert, AB Review
Review: December 17, 2018Completion: October 3, 2018The roofing job was estimated to take 1 week to complete. But it took about 4 months to be fully finished. Because of the prolonged re-roofing time frame, rain leaked into the house resulting in damage to the ceiling and walls. Interlock did not have skylight purchased or available for installation when it was needed. This was despite the fact that the skylight was written on the contract.
