This was, of course, impossible in the freezing temperatures of November. I hope that I'll be receiving a message confirming this from Interlock once the warm weather arrives. Thank you.

Review: January 9, 2019I have never been treated so negligently when attempting to purchase a high-end quality product. If the roof had been won in a lottery and was free I should have been treated better. Shame on Interlock roofs, and I cannot believe they are not aware of the incompetence in their employ. By the way, I do intend to file a complaint with the BBB. Others should be aware of the pitfalls, stress and financial loss I experienced so they can make an informed decision rather than rely on Peter's charm.

Our estimate was for 3rd week of October (or sooner) but it wasn't installed until mid-December. We are not sure whether a final inspection was done of the finished roof by Bruce Mehuys. We think it looks good but we are not experts and would like to know that it meets your standards.

At first they said that it would be done in July and then they said August. The installers also did not tell me that they damaged the siding on my house. I won't have any complaints once spring comes along and they come back and do some touch ups. I emailed them some pictures of ice that had built up on the snow retainer clips, but I have not received a response.

Because of the prolonged re-roofing time frame, rain leaked into the house resulting in damage to the ceiling and walls. Interlock did not have skylight purchased or available for installation when it was needed. This was despite the fact that the skylight was written on the contract.
