A few places along the ridge cap appear raised - instead of being completely straight and level horizontally, there are a few places where two shingles meet in a slightly raised, A-shape. I was told the roof would be installed in October. It wasn't started until November and it wasn't finished until a week before Christmas.

There are far less intrusive ways to get more effective feedback. Randon senior management calls to customers are more effective than customer surveys and should be done. It gets more direct information and you get the tone and emotion of the customer.

Review: January 16, 2019While communicating with John Reeves was positive and he tried to be helpful, he can't do magic. It was very disappointing that your company could not follow through on your promise. We really looked forward to getting the job done. There was almost no communication from your end. It was a waste of time trying to go up the ladder with phone calls. Not a good way to do business and we couldn't in good conscience recommend the company in our area.

It seems the project was pushed into late December causing my concern as to low temperature (zero \*F) affecting product and installation. So far though, the workmanship and function appears to be at 100%. A few major wind storms since completion had no ill effect, and the intense rain storms have resulted in no penetration into the home. (I could not say that prior to installation!)

Since the installation was completed in December, the rooves have been covered in snow. I am reserving final endorsement of both product and installation quality until they have been through a range of weather conditions including heavy rain, high wind and high temperature.
