Metal Shingles Veneta, OR Review
Review: February 14, 2019Completion: January 16, 2019Interlock could have improved in this way: they could have cleaned up better. There were scraps of metal on the roof and in the yard.

Metal Shingles Salem, OR Review
Review: February 14, 2019Completion: January 31, 2019It would of been nice to receive a phone call as to the stuff was being delivered before it was delivered and a phone call to confirm they were coming to do the work. They did do a good job, and it looks very nice.

Metal Shingles Dartmouth, NS Review
Review: February 14, 2019Completion: February 7, 2019They say there is always room for improvement, but with Interlock we cannot find an area that really can be improved by any significant margin. Just keep doing things the way you are doing them now, and all will be good. All good!

Metal Shingles Port Hawksbury, NS Review
Review: February 13, 2019Completion: February 13, 2019We are very pleased with the product and how our home looks, but I am very upfront when asked about our roof. We have received a lot of very complimentary comments about our roof but I am very honest about how we were treated. All it would have taken was a phone call or for our phone calls to be returned. Communication, communication, communication!!! Respect for the customer. We adhered to the terms of the contract, gave a down payment, had NS Power come in to cover wires so that the… Read more →

Review: February 12, 2019Completion: January 28, 2019No suggestions Bob is going to leave the excess supplies so that I will have color matched tiles if I need to do a future repair. He has promised to drop them off when he is in the area.

Metal Shingles Hamilton, ON Review
Review: February 12, 2019Completion: January 15, 2019I was disappointed re: the lack of communication from interlock on start dates. I felt James Keeping had lied to us. He stated he would be back during the installation and that there was no way the install would be delayed. After several phone calls were ignored re the start date, we started emailing. This left us frustrated and vulnerable. We weren't sure whom to contact. The installer himself was nice and courteous. There was a language barrier. Perhaps if someone in charge had contacted us… Read more →

Review: February 12, 2019Completion: February 12, 2019I did not receive an email or call on what day the installation was to start. The installer showed up and we were not aware that they were going to start that day or time.

Metal Shingles Sarnia, ON Review
Review: February 12, 2019Completion: January 10, 2019Considering we were told that installation would be completed by mid Nov and it wasn't done until mid January, the scheduling needs to be improved upon. My wife believes the installation crew urinated on our fence gate. Also, their vehicle left a stain on our driveway so a decent running vehicle should be used in the future.

Metal Shingles North Gower, ON Review
Review: February 8, 2019Completion: December 18, 2018The call for the material delivery was not soon enough. We received the call on Monday night and the material was delivered on Tuesday. Unfortunately, the location for the material mentioned in the order form could not be used. So I called the general number and left a message. I was not provided with any driver contact information. And the material was placed in the wrong spot. My family moved all the boxes to the new spot. We did not contact Interlock to move the material once delivered.… Read more →

Metal Shingles Saint John, NB Review
Review: February 6, 2019Completion: December 16, 2018Great roof and good people. Delivery promises were never met. Not even close. You should have given and met more realist completion dates. Model of fewer installation teams results in delays, unnecessary travel and inefficient use of your teams. You should consider more local expert installation teams. This would be safer and more respectful of customers and your installation teams.

Metal Shingles Little Harbour, NS Review
Review: February 6, 2019Completion: February 6, 2019I would recommend with reservation. I would recommend because I like the roof. I would like the way the work on it to put some stipulations in the contract with regards to timelines, and some penalties when they're not met.
