Interlock Roofing could have improved communication regarding when the workers would be there. We had a good experience with the crew and workers here. It is just the customer service of Interlock Roofing that I have had a problem with.

It has to do with where the container was dropped off and it should've been moved somewhere else. When the guys finished, they left a few tarps, extra flashing, and the old skylight, and I would like someone to come pick it all up. They indicated someone would come back to get it but they haven't come or followed up about it.

The issue was resolved after many calls and emails by giving me 30% off the original price after turning it all over to my attorney.
