Standing Seam Lunenburg, NS Review
Review: March 7, 2019Completion: January 21, 2019They could have improved by getting the job done way sooner, they could have been more knowledgeable regarding the roofing. We are sorry that the job took so long to complete and it is very expensive.

Metal Shingles Bellingham, WA Review
Review: March 3, 2019Completion: January 21, 2019Communication, follow up, status checks, etc. I received a confirmation of final payment about a month later and still have not received warranty documents...We also could have benefitted from better information and consultation/education on snow guards.

Review: March 1, 2019Completion: March 1, 2019It's too bad they don't just sell the roofing and let you put it on yourself. That would help.

Metal Roofing Ottawa, ON Review
Review: February 27, 2019Completion: February 27, 2019My wife and I are very impressed with the looks of the INTERLOCK black slate roofing system that was just installed on our home in the Huntclub Road / Conroy Road area in Ottawa. The crew that installed the roofing material during the 3rd and 4th weeks of January 2019 worked through and around temperatures between +.5°C to -25.°C, two weather events that dropped 46 cm of snow and 6 mm of rain and freezing rain plus the occasional days of lite snow flurries.

Metal Shingles Meredith, NH Review
Review: February 27, 2019Completion: December 15, 2018They could have notified me a couple of days before they were coming instead of calling me the morning that they were on the way and given me a completion date so we would have known when to have the check.

Metal Shingles Raymond, WA Review
Review: February 26, 2019Completion: January 19, 2019Communication. I was told a crew would come the 2nd week of Jan. & there was no return of my phone calls or an email when they didn't show up then. We have hired Interlock for numerous "roofs" on our farm over the years & even though the product is very expensive, it is a quality product.

Metal Tiles Sandy, OR Review
Review: February 26, 2019Completion: January 22, 2019Communication. Setting realistic expectations. Following through on commitments. Overall integrity. Original schedule was an August installation. Old roof was taken off in October and install was not complete until late December. Communications regarding schedule and delays were non-existent and each time I initiated contact and was given new estimated dates the dates were not honored and contact wasn't made.

Metal Shingles Kanata, ON Review
Review: February 22, 2019Completion: January 11, 2019If the material count would have been better they could have finished a little sooner. They were just waiting on some parts but the crew and everyone was friendly, courteous, and cleaned up. They gave me a postive impression. The installers did a good job. They did not complain or make a fuss. They were very courteous.

Metal Shingles Auburn, WA Review
Review: February 20, 2019Completion: February 2, 2019Scheduling updates for the project before I ask for them would be good. This job got pushed out 3 times with only 1 day notice. Scheduling to be here is very difficult with this short notice. It would be nice if the Forman of the installation crew would talk to me when they show up and also when they are leaving each day. I am also awaiting a refund for services not needed but included in my original quote.

Metal Shingles Hamilton, ON Review
Review: February 19, 2019Completion: January 9, 2019They could have improved on the time. The schedule was told four days, but it took over three weeks. Our only problem was the length of time, and we already told them that. Otherwise, we are very happy with it.

Metal Tiles Kelowna, BC Review
Review: February 18, 2019Completion: January 24, 2019Roofing material sat in my driveway for 2 months prior to install - taking up one of my parking spots. I don’t think that Intetlock should sell roofing in geographic areas where they don’t have an installation team located. My installers came from Calgary which is likely why I had to wait so long for the installation.

Standing Seam Carson, WA Review
Review: February 17, 2019Completion: February 6, 2019I didn't get as many updates about scheduling as I would have liked. I had to call several times to get projected dates over the course of several months. We are very happy with the finished roof. The crew did a very neat and professional job, with careful attention to detail. We love the color.

Review: February 15, 2019Completion: February 15, 2019We have to give this a two as having had the house roof done many years ago we know the quality of the product. However, we do feel we have to warn them of our non communication problem on the last project. COMMUNICATION Communication Communication within the Alberta office. If we were a brand new customer we would have walked or run probably. The lack of communication from the Alberta office honestly has made us wonder how you handle warranty issues.
