He stated he would be back during the installation and that there was no way the install would be delayed. After several phone calls were ignored re the start date, we started emailing. This left us frustrated and vulnerable. We weren't sure whom to contact. The installer himself was nice and courteous. There was a language barrier. My wife believes the installation crew urinated on our fence gate. Also, their vehicle left a stain on our driveway so a decent running vehicle should be used in the future.

Model of fewer installation teams results in delays, unnecessary travel and inefficient use of your teams. You should consider more local expert installation teams. This would be safer and more respectful of customers and your installation teams.
