Metal Shakes Lynden, WA Review
Review: November 12, 2018Completion: October 6, 2018The only thing that they could have done better is to have brought their sign back. They have not returned the sign.

Metal Tiles Wilmette, IL Review
Review: November 12, 2018Completion: November 12, 2018I would recommend the company. They need to improve communication. It was told it would be six to eight weeks. There was no follow up with the delays. That is the whole key to ordering a very expensive roof.

Metal Shingles Belleville, ON Review
Review: November 12, 2018Completion: October 30, 2018You could probably improve on being more in touch with the customer. There were weeks and months between when we signed the agreement until the job was done. We just had the roof a few weeks ago. If everything holds up we will be very happy.

Review: November 11, 2018Completion: October 30, 2018Communication is a weak area. Installer had an issue with his vehicle and did not contact us to advise he was unable to proceed with roof install. He came back to the house one week later. Very happy with the product and look. Please address the communication issue.

Metal Shingles Edmonton, AB Review
Review: November 11, 2018Completion: September 30, 2018The area could have been keep much cleaner and when the job was complete there was still a lot of Debre around including many nails. We had to clean up around our house to keep the material from the old shingles from being brought into the house and the many nails could have cause flat tires not just for us but are neighbors also.

Metal Shingles Victoria, BC Review
Review: November 10, 2018Completion: November 10, 2018The clincher was when the other roofing companies asked why I would put a roof with a 50 guarantee over a roof that was at the end of it's life. It seemed logical that taking the old shingles off and making sure the substructure was suitable for a 50 year warranty roof is good practice.

Metal Shingles Bradford, ON Review
Review: November 10, 2018Completion: October 22, 2018I was surprised and believed there should have been more than one installer on the job while being completed. The primary installer was great and we had no issues.
