Review: July 11, 2018Completion: June 20, 2018The only thing I can think of is communication on when they will start the project could be better. It may have just been the distance as we are really far out and the installers truck broke down.

Metal Shingles Victoria, BC Review
Review: July 11, 2018Randal was so professional and so respectful. I think that he probably anticipated that given the age of our house and our age that we might not be potential customers but he still went through the process of measuring everything and giving us a thorough estimate. We were sorry we were not able to move forward with the expenditure but we will recommend them to someone else based on his service.

Review: July 10, 2018Completion: July 10, 2018They spent a long time and were considerate. The roof will be done soon, but for financial reasons, I told them to put me on hold for the time being. I do not have a bad thing to say about them, they were great.

Review: July 10, 2018Completion: July 10, 2018When I asked regarding the cashing of my cheque, I was told it wouldn’t be cashed until 10 days following the project finish date. It wasn’t until I called head office to insist that it be cashed sooner that it finally was.

Metal Shakes Grimshaw, AB Review
Review: July 10, 2018Completion: July 10, 2018They were a year late. They started the roof about a year to the date from when we signed the contract. They sent up a crew but there was 3 feet of snow. So I understood that. They should have sent someone to check out the weather conditions. It was reasonably good. We have had trouble with contractors with other things that did not resolve very well. With Interlock Roofing, it was handled and dealt with the problems. Everything was good.

Metal Shingles Salem, OR Review
Review: July 9, 2018Completion: July 9, 2018Roofing was stacked in front of garage door. During this process dents were created on garage door. I mentioned it to gentleman who telephoned me to see if job was completed and to see if he could take pictures of completed project. He said he’d get back to me but never did. Dents were not very large. Also, there was a miscommunication between me and my bank. Bank asked what account the money should be deposited into but money was placed into another account causing my checks to Interlock to be… Read more →
