I had to keep making calls to keep them on track for the proposed project date. To many delays, not enough communication. Mike was a great deal of help and even worked with us to get the project started. Would recommend him to any co-workers looking for a quality roof.

The workmanship was not done to my satisfaction, they completed the job leaving my siding in disrepair and had to be called back to fix it. The crew did not clean up all the nails in the yard & driveway. I had to do it. My car got 2 nails in the tires. One employee was sleeping

Also, some issues with Shawna in Calgary could have been addressed better. I think when someone is spending that kind of money. When you are looking from the bottom to the top of your house, you want to see that the lines are straight. I think what is sold by the salesman, needs to be relayed properly the install crew. We had planned to use asphalt shingles. We looked around our city and were rather dismayed at how damaged the roofs were from local storms and high winds. Even new houses and recently reroofed buildings had damage. Neighbours were commenting on how much the cost of asphalt shingle reroofing has increased recently.
