Review: June 12, 2018Completion: May 5, 2018After the job was done, we had a lot of screws in the driveway. The last time we had a crew, they used a big magnet. This crew did not.

Metal Shingles Vancouver, WA Review
Review: June 12, 2018Completion: May 3, 2018My house was built in 1930 and the estimate should have taken that into account. There was a lot of dry rot caused from 5 layers of comp I ended up having to pay some $13,000 over the estimate for my house that is only 932 square feet. The cost went from 17k to 29k needless to say that was a bit of a shock.

Metal Shingles Thornhill, ON Review
Review: June 12, 2018Completion: June 12, 2018There were a few areas they could have improved upon. During the installation of my skylight, the installer didn't realize the size of the skylight so he asked me to help him to carry it up to the roof. I thought that was strange. He later got help to bring it up. The contract also stipulated the amount of roof vents to keep it up to code and I'm not sure if we reached that. Prior to installation, there were some communication gaps where I didn't get emailed back quickly enough.

Metal Shingles Edmonton, AB Review
Review: June 10, 2018Completion: June 10, 2018Bryer provided the sales pitch - Derek provided the supporting information to Bryer. As a quote, I was given a number on a blank piece of paper. It didn't outline specifically what the quote covered. The sales package wasn't put together well at all - I had to ask for their business card. Bryer didn't seem very organized in terms of putting a package together for me to review. When I indicated that I needed to think on it, I haven't heard back.

Membrane Kent, WA Review
Review: June 8, 2018Completion: June 8, 2018They fell short in not explaining that the down spouts were not included in the process. Vlad, did come back afterwards to double check the job. He also came back on his own time with a metal detector and went through and cleaned up everything. I was very impressed with him.
