Metal Shakes Portland, OR Review
Review: June 6, 2018Completion: May 1, 2018Only issue really is that one person did the whole job-could have been completed quicker if there were more people but our guy did an excellent job!We did have leak during install due to crazy weather but interlock was extremely responsive.

Metal Shingles Calgary, AB Review
Review: June 6, 2018Completion: May 22, 2018The cleanup for sure and in my case they worked over the long weekend and they disconnected my satellite late Friday afternoon. Which could have been done Monday or Tuesday. The crews have to realize that they have to think about the people who own the property and do things that do not inconvenience them.

Metal Shingles Oshawa, ON Review
Review: June 6, 2018Completion: May 23, 2018I think Interlock Roofing could have improved if they would have had two guys instead of one. So that it wouldn't have take four days. They said it would take 2-3 days tops.

Metal Shingles Markham, ON Review
Review: June 6, 2018Completion: May 21, 2018Wanted some of my snow guards installed at rear of the house. Communicated this to one of the installers however, was not relayed to team leader. When I spoke with Team Leader he indicated he was following the contract. Minor issue; was pleased with their workmanship.

Metal Shingles New Durham, NH Review
Review: June 6, 2018Completion: May 14, 2018I think communication during the project was terrible- a lot of miscommunication. We were told one thing and the complete opposite happened. I think all employees need to be on the same page and the person relating the message to the customer should know exactly what is going on. It does not make me confident in the company when this was happening to me. While overall I am happy with the product- and am not thrilled with the customer service.

Metal Shakes Fort McMurray, AB Review
Review: June 6, 2018Completion: May 27, 2018Customer service needs improvement, lack of response or attitude needs to be improved at the office When I called to find out when I might hear from somebody for the installation the response I received was rude and Un-called for. I was just seeking some information, then after getting that cleared up the same person at the office (shawna) told me I would hear from the material delivery person and then I would hear from the installation crew. I did hear from the delivery person but at 6:30 am… Read more →

Metal Shingles Everett, ON Review
Review: June 6, 2018Completion: May 12, 2018Perhaps just a little more attention to clean up, although I admit we area bit fussy in this regard. We found the deck needed sweeping several times to clear small bits of debris, but nothing serious was noted. We felt the quality of materials and workmanship totally justified the investment in this type of roof.

Membrane Ottawa, ON Review
Review: June 6, 2018Completion: May 10, 2018possibly. Not finished with Interlock yet. I think it was still too cold when they put it on. There was a huge snowstorm the next day. From what i've read, it should be plus 10. Perhaps the unresolved problem at the back of the house is as result of that. Don't know, don't really care, just as long as it gets fixed now. I am hoping someone will contact me asap regarding the roof at the back. It's been paid for in full. I can be reached directly at 613-695-4405. Regards, Anna Grealy

Review: June 1, 2018Completion: April 20, 2018I will mention the issue regarding the use of gutter guards. If the both the salesman and the roofing foreman knew that the their standard method for a roof over would interfere with the install of gutter guards, the problem could of been addressed.

Review: May 30, 2018Completion: November 25, 2017Dear Peter, Thank you for your help with the installation and warranty transfer of our interlock roof. We have since sold our house and had good feedback about our roof from potential buyers. Neighbors loved our new roof and we had people drive by and actually snap pictures of it! You were right that the new roof would help sell our home! Thanks for all your help!
