There was a lot of dry rot caused from 5 layers of comp I ended up having to pay some $13,000 over the estimate for my house that is only 932 square feet. The cost went from 17k to 29k needless to say that was a bit of a shock. From 10 squares to 14 squares and a whole lot of dry rot.

They could have communicated better and improved people skills to enhance the experience working with them. It costs $20k for a roof and this is how they treat their customers? I can't believe it. They have terrible customer service.

During the installation of my skylight, the installer didn't realize the size of the skylight so he asked me to help him to carry it up to the roof. I thought that was strange. He later got help to bring it up. The contract also stipulated the amount of roof vents to keep it up to code and I'm not sure if we reached that. It didn't outline specifically what the quote covered. The sales package wasn't put together well at all - I had to ask for their business card. Bryer didn't seem very organized in terms of putting a package together for me to review. When I indicated that I needed to think on it, I haven't heard back.
