A change in weather didn't help, as snow covered the debris part way through the project; however, the crew could've cleaned up when they knew the snow was coming. We are very disappointed in how our property was left and that clean up did not appear to be a priority.

I would have liked better clarity/warning on this, since the snow guards really make very little difference, and I will need to seek another solution, likely constructing a small porch overhang.

Review: May 7, 2018I would like for you to retrain your guys. Don't just sell something but it is good to present something and allow the customer to decide if they are going to proceed or not. I was asking questions and the guy was filling out the application. Present something, allow me to think about it, and then find out if I want to proceed or not. Don't force something on me; that turns me off.
