Which could have been done Monday or Tuesday. The crews have to realize that they have to think about the people who own the property and do things that do not inconvenience them.

From what i've read, it should be plus 10. Perhaps the unresolved problem at the back of the house is as result of that. Don't know, don't really care, just as long as it gets fixed now. We felt the quality of materials and workmanship totally justified the investment in this type of roof.

I think all employees need to be on the same page and the person relating the message to the customer should know exactly what is going on. It does not make me confident in the company when this was happening to me. While overall I am happy with the product- and am not thrilled with the customer service.
