There was a mix-up on where we wanted snow guards--the hand-drawn sketch given to the crew had them install snow guards over a back door that is seldom used and not over the front door that is the regular entrance. We then had to pay extra to have more snow guards installed over the front door

Review: June 15, 2018 Completion: April 23, 2018I was especially impressed with the initial meeting and presentation to better understand the product, process and benefits of switching from a asphalt roof to a metal roof. During the roof installation, I decided to add some additional snow guards and received prompt, exceptional customer service. I selected the charcoal grey shingle-look roof and am extremely pleased with the appearance and overall benefit of switching to a metal roof.
