Review: October 13, 2016Completion: September 9, 2016I was not able to communicate with the installation crew. Also, I would have liked some extra materials for future problems. The biggest issue with Interlock Roofing is communication. I had to get a friend of mine who speaks Spanish to come over and communicate with the crew. My father was in the construction business forever. Some of the quality of work isn't the greatest. I would rate some of the work as a 2 on a scale of 0 to 4.

Starting out at an inflated price and reducing it down substantially in a span of 5 minutes ( "Sign now, today only") . My reaction was: am I buying an used car here? Reality is, that a typical family cannot commit to laying out $24K on an impulse. Coming up with that kind of cash would require some budgeting, perhaps a refinance, or home equity loan. I understand that this does happen after a project but I had to spend some time cleaning it up which was why it was an issue. Also for some reason they didn't put an icebreaker over the door that we come in and out of most frequently, John said they put us on a list to get one but it has been some time now and we still don't know when it'll happen.
