The bidder said we needed to remove shingles and the crew said we didn't, we got it sorted out though. We even received a bill for removing them but they corrected that.

I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to swing it because the interest rate changed from what was given to me over the phone (which was 10.8) to what was on paper (12+ %) The interest rate was high and I felt pressured. I didn't like the pressure. They should send the paperwork with communication regarding the interest rate instead of the way it happened.
