They didn't communicate that they were coming earlier. They were two weeks early. I had to contact them to find out what was going on. I am very pleased with it and it looks very good.

I was disappointed with how people do not get back to you. But until I see someone about my issues I do not really know. It looks good except for the spot. Generally the roof looks nice except for the spot out front.

John had said installation would probably be 8-10 weeks from order date. It was more toward the 10 week side. However, in the interim there was no communication from Interlock. So the 10 weeks of silence was kind of disconcerting. Probably a follow up call or two from Interlock would help.

I called Tony Lupton and was told "it will be about two weeks" until installation starts, and, it was two weeks to the day from delivery until the day the installer contacted me. The only change I would make is less time between delivery and install start. If possible, no more than a few days. Not a big issue, just one that I think could be improved a bit
