The only question I had at the time was the appearance of the flashed stainless chimney. It, in my eye, was not quite right. However it was promptly remedied the following week by Steve. Very pleased with the addressing of the concern and the prompt addressing of the matter by your company.

It should have been done first.

I am ok though, just surprised, that once a contract came into effect, no one placed a hold on total materials required for the job. I think they crew should only be focusing on one job at a time instead of multiple ones. It seems to cause stress on the installers and effect the quality of the workmanship.

He started with the standard presentation with a folder, sales sheet and graphics. Then he modified his sales approach and was good to work with. He should be recognized. He was very customer focused, he asked a lot of key questions, he listened well, and he was fair. He didn't negotiate much on price, but he did what he could. I was very impressed with him.
