He gave us lots of time to make a final decision which was great but we had no referrals to check. Your product has been delivered in many location throughout Ontario and it should be mapped for the sales reps by areas weather they did the sale or not. I'm comfortable that my roof will not fly off tomorrow, or even after I'm around. The communication between the office and the customer could be improved. They told me that the boss tells them to use a rope to level it and they didn't tell them to do it for my house. They could have done a way better job for the money that I paid.

He gave me 3 different quotes and kept lowering it with each quote if we signed right now. A company like that should not be in business. It is unfair.

Only comment about installers was command of the English language was very limited and no one else from the office communicated throughout the 5 day installation.
