Review: October 12, 2016 Completion: August 23, 2016I had to clean up some nails laying around on the deck and driveway as well as some debris in the bushes and trees. I understand that this does happen after a project but I had to spend some time cleaning it up which was why it was an issue. Also for some reason they didn't put an icebreaker over the door that we come in and out of most frequently, John said they put us on a list to get one but it has been some time now and we still don't know when it'll happen.

I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to swing it because the interest rate changed from what was given to me over the phone (which was 10.8) to what was on paper (12+ %) The interest rate was high and I felt pressured. I didn't like the pressure. They should send the paperwork with communication regarding the interest rate instead of the way it happened.
