Good customer service would have him come back, collect the last check, once we were able to review the roof and our potential concerns, if any, and receive feed back on the quality of workmanship that he is promoting and selling.

I was not aware that the roofing will take up to 3 weeks to complete depending on weather conditions. It made no difference to us as the Bob (installer) did not interrupt our routine. Communication of the installation schedule/time will be great. We had a call that the materials arrived and that someone will contact us about installation. We did not receive a follow up call on the install for months after the material arrived.

We were told they would come at 9 AM the next day, but they did not show up. They should have told us that they were not coming. That was the only problem that I had.

They sent out a man who just had one leg and he expected to drop it off in our driveway, but Bob mentioned it might be best to leave it under something covered.
