Review: August 9, 2016 Completion: July 31, 2016For me the main thing is if it is going to last like I thought it would. If somebody asked me about it I would tell them how I feel. The contract was written out but then there was times that I still had questions. The way the contract is done, because it is hand written, would do a little better if it was typed out with a diagram. I appreciate how friendly there were and if their product stands the test of time I will be extremely satisfied.

It is different and being in the country than in the city and they did not know how to get here. The head foreman also did not speak English either. So if the guys had a problem could not understand directions that we needed to give them. It's fabulous they hired them but would be great if the company would offer them a course in English. English for them would be a huge asset to them.

It would be a lot more professional-looking to not have cut-off nails in the underside. I really wish they used screws instead of nails. It looks really unprofessional. The gentleman called and talked to the manager and made everything flush. Before that, we had one-and-a-half-inch nails exposed under my roof.
