John had said installation would probably be 8-10 weeks from order date. It was more toward the 10 week side. However, in the interim there was no communication from Interlock. So the 10 weeks of silence was kind of disconcerting. Probably a follow up call or two from Interlock would help.

Follow up repairs and proper flashing terminations, ridge cap accessories. I would like a follow up from upper management from the head office in interlock industries.

I called Tony Lupton and was told "it will be about two weeks" until installation starts, and, it was two weeks to the day from delivery until the day the installer contacted me. The only change I would make is less time between delivery and install start. If possible, no more than a few days. Not a big issue, just one that I think could be improved a bit
