The only part of the process that I did not like was that the first price from Interlock was a lot higher than their ultimate, bottom-line price. I would have preferred receiving their best and final price at the beginning of the process. This is how Permalock dealt with us.

The new roof was installed before the first snow fall but this seemed to happen because of a delay at another site. Better scheduling overall may have helped avoid this delay. The snow tore down part of our fence and almost hit my wife. I would have taken more precautions and secured things better. No other than my Wife almost got hit by the snow coming off the roof so a warning would be good.
