I understand aluminum is soft but I thought you could make it harder to sustain hail storms. The salesman brought the sample to my home. It was attached to a suite case. I was able to look at it . It looks very beautiful but I couldn't leave it up and fell it. Yes, I would recommend your company to anyone who will ask me because I'm happy with your Employees.

I was supposed to make three payments, I paid the second payment and he put lien the property. I was supposed to make the the final payment once the work was complete. Initially they give a little a discount given the fact that they could be giving a discount in fact it would be 15%. In fact of the economy I asked for renegotiation and they said no. They would do it for $16,000 but they charge $21,000. I wanted a different amount to negotiate because my income went down and they said no. I was not aware that the roofing will take up to 3 weeks to complete depending on weather conditions. It made no difference to us as the Bob (installer) did not interrupt our routine. Communication of the installation schedule/time will be great. We had a call that the materials arrived and that someone will contact us about installation. We did not receive a follow up call on the install for months after the material arrived.

Another, would be more consistent and timely communication with the ridge cap repair. My feedback is real feedback and I appreciate this opportunity to be called on again for this survey. I needed the extra time, for things to be taken care of. We had to combine a metal roof with the solar panels. It's a smart thing to do together.
