We expected a small team to perform the work 6-8 weeks after signing. We ended up with a single guy doing the work 3 months later. Not in and of itself a problem, just gave us a bit of a scare that could have been avoided with better or more clear communication.

However, the work had started and we received a call stating that they could not reinstall the Gutter Helmets and Interlock was mistaken about the pitch of the roof and would not be applying the shingles.
