The only real complaint I have on the project is the materials at in my driveway ( with plastic and card-board boxes blowing in the wind)for over a week and no one called to organize an installation date and schedule. This is an unacceptable business practise. Communication with customers is IMPORTANT

See "Additional Comments" This is the second "Interlock Roof" that we have had installed in the last 2 years due to Hail Damage. The first install went extremely well. The two fellows that installed it were professional and courteous. Except for the "construction" noise - which did not seem to be too bad - we didn't even know they were there.
