The installers made up where Rolland failed to do his job. I spent ten hours cleaning the windows and it turned out they were the wrong windows. I had to contact them to get them ordered and expedited. Rolland should have done that. Better communication from Interlock as to the delays would have also been huge. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and the install, just frustrated with the lack of communication regarding the delays.

There were several rain interruptions but I was not given communication on when there would or would not be working. I would like to see Interlock Roofing reduce their prices. I feel that they have options to reduce the price for what they are offering. In doing so I feel it would help their business case.

The product is really nice and worth the money, it's just that our security was compromised. When it was being installed we were going on a holiday, and nobody knew that except the company and 4-5 close friends. We got robbed two days after we left. They did the job perfectly. The workmanship is really good and the product is worth the money.
