Especially when it rains and you are upstairs, it sounds like a shower. I am just wondering when my warranty will come in. I haven't received anything in the mail yet but it should get here soon I hope.

I did not agree with them having me to sign a paper right after they finished. I didn't get a chance to look at the completed job although I was there the entire time. I felt pressured to sign the paper before they would leave.

They didn't seem to know that the materials had been delivered many weeks earlier. I was the one to call asking when the roof was to be installed to ensure I would be home, not travelling. When our 2nd leak issue happened, Jessi saw it and verbalized the gutters should have been cleaned out. Review: January 15, 2015Completion: December 3, 2014Timelines were way out, the project was suppose to be completed in the late summer or early fall, but installation was in December in snow conditions and cold work environment. Although I think the installation was done well, I have to think that winter is not the best time to install as hands get cold, perhaps things don't get done exactly to spec, but we have no way of knowing. We were billed for 50 squares of material and I expected to be able to keep the left over over material.

The Salesman did NOT have a proper color sample of the product to be installed and it ended up being quite darker than initially anticipated.It would have looked way better in a lighter color.
