I felt like I was taken advantage of by the sales people which is unfortunate because the product itself is of high quality and looks beautiful. I signed the contract and then never heard from anyone. With a high quality product I expected far better service. Telling me after the project was finish that he had measured the roof of an 1,800 sq foot house incorrectly was suspect. NA

That was one reason we went with Penfold (their warranty is covered by a third party).
