It seems to me each time I would phone them, they were hard to reach. As it was, I had to wait until they finished so I could retrofit the sofits. I had to work into December. If not for them, I would have finished in September. If anybody asks, I will recommend them.

Interlock could have improved by having the foreman stay onsite and making sure they appear when the company says they are going to be here. The excuse for not showing when said was that they were sent to another property. I have no way of verifying that. When they were here everything was great. Whatever the issue was needs to be addressed. The installer even told me other customers have waited over a year. It is a good quality roof and is worth the cost even though they're very expensive.

I was concerned and angry and thought we should take our deposit back. The delivery was here for weeks, and we had to keep calling them. When the salesmen go to people's homes and the people agree to a schedule, he should stick to the date of the arrangement.

Mine is darker red. Before, I had a brownish gray color and everything flashed down when it rained. Now my house looks like a castle. It is really super and I just love it. Great job.
