Review: May 7, 2015 Completion: April 30, 2015We could have had better notice. I did get a call on Friday that they would be delivering the material. They said it should be here by Wednesday. Then on Monday morning, they said they would be there that afternoon. When the crew phoned to schedule the time, they called at 6 pm on Tuesday to find a time for Wednesday morning. I was out of town, and I felt kind of rushed. I would have preferred a couple of days notice. We had to scramble a little bit.

The manufacturer did not do a satisfactory cleaning of the vents.They only did an injection mold and left scratches and other imperfections. The new batch was better, but not the best quality available. From what I can gather the salesman in my area is doing the best they have ever done here. You need to do straight advertising as well. From what I can see from the window and the street (didn't go on the roof to inspect) it appears very nicely done.

Review: April 29, 2015 Completion: April 29, 2015We needed new roofing after only 13 years. Shingles were worn, and lots of small leaks after a big rain. Although the metal roofing was twice the cost of regular shingles, we decided to go the permanent route. Now when it rains we have no worries and this winter snow will not be an issue either. The 50-year warranty insures that in 15 years or so we will not have to re-roof. John the marketing consultant was great to work with, and I would certainly recommend it to anyone.

This was a repair from severe hail damage from a previous interlock roof. I think the price was a little high and that might have been because of insurance but I don't know if I would use Interlock Roofing again. It cost almost as much as it was to do the roof the first time.

I wish they hadn't taken the shingles. They weren't theirs to give away. I wish the supervisor would have phoned me back. He didn't even hardly want to talk to me. He treated me like he was pushing me off and is why I wouldn't recommend them to a friend. The supervisor needs to have better customer communication.
