Interlock Roofing should have provided me with a more accurate start date. I also feel that Interlock Roofing needed more crew members to do the install. The job definitely needed more than one person to do this job.

After it was installed everything was great but we didn't get to talk to them about going up on the roof afterwards and things like that. I tried to contact Interlock Roofing but they haven't gotten back to me. The warranty is a little different than what the salesman told us it would be.

The installer (whose name I don't recall) was a very able, diligent and hard worker. When he had helpers onsite - primarily for stripping the old shake and asphalt roof materials - they also worked well and without loud music or coarse language. It doesn't matter if a project gets delayed but you need to give the homeowner more then 24hrs - 0 hrs notice when the new start date is likely to happen.

We were informed in July/14 of a problem with being able to produce the material in the color we chose and had to select another color. Materials were delivered end of July and installed in September. We had to initiate the calls to ask the status of delivery and installation.

We dont recall getting a call from Interlock to let us know they were shipping the materials. The first we heard of the delivery was the shipping company calling looking to deliver. The experience with Interlock was great. The crews were always on time and worked non-stop throughout the day. This is a hard quality to find in our area.
