It is a shame we couldn't come to a closer price. We were willing to pay $10,000 higher than our budget to use interlock roofing but it ended up being much more than that.

We expected a small team to perform the work 6-8 weeks after signing. We ended up with a single guy doing the work 3 months later. Not in and of itself a problem, just gave us a bit of a scare that could have been avoided with better or more clear communication.
