I am assuming wintertime installs are fine. Communication is something they need to improve upon. When they miss the installation date by 3 months and they should notify the customer. We had to call them several times. Scheduling and communication are definitely areas they need to work on. I appreciate this survey call.

Scott gave a low ball quote to Northern Capital Restorations, possibly based of poor information. I was given another price by Angela, which was based on very specific measurements and details, then when Colin showed up he made unrealistic claims on being an "insurance specialist" and jacked the house price up and added the garage in. Especially when it rains and you are upstairs, it sounds like a shower. I am just wondering when my warranty will come in. I haven't received anything in the mail yet but it should get here soon I hope.

I did not agree with them having me to sign a paper right after they finished. I didn't get a chance to look at the completed job although I was there the entire time. I felt pressured to sign the paper before they would leave. I feel they should have waited at least a week later before having to sign papers.

Review: January 19, 2015 Completion: May 23, 2007I had an Interlock roof put on several years ago and I am not sure I agree with the statement “more expensive, sure”. While it does cost more to put on the roof, I think the payback more than covers the extra price. I am sitting in my attic office, a place that got cold even with the heat this time of year, it is warm now. It stays cooler in the summer as well which saves on cooling costs. Interlock Roofing could have had the salesman talk to the installation crew prior to stating when the job would be done. The salesman told me one thing and the crew told me another thing that didn't match up. The lack of communication hurt the company.
