I would say to anyone else that asks that the product is good but to expect delays. Interlock could have improved on the timelines and punctuality. I love the way it looks and I think it's a great system.

Dave was very good at selling and explaining the product, but other companies climbed up on the roof and took photos to explain areas of concern. I would have preferred that someone from Interlock had taken photos of the roof, and I would have liked Dave to have called when the work was being done and completed to check on the project and do an assessment. I understand it was not part of the contract but it would have been nice to have been offered an option . The product seems nice and hopefully will last as advertised... When you looked up the roof the shingle butts did not line-up, also the starter strip in the peak joints do not appear to be beveled and aligned correctly. It took a month for it to be completed. suitable compensation for their own errors. This was a long and drawn out process. It is very hot and it is a rough job. I don't know if they could improve that for their employees. We only had one problem with one of the skylights not opening but they fixed that immediately. I called on a Tuesday and they were here Thursday. I have given several people information about the company. We are so happy with the roof.
