Review: October 2, 2014Completion: July 5, 2014I think they could do better with capping off the ends of the levels. I think they should be wrapping the interlocking completely around so there are no open spaces left at the ends of the roof. I think its a fantastic roof.

The installers were more than happy to take care of the back siding and paint it for me. I was happy about that. I was so impressed with how clean the installers were. They did not damage my gardens or vegetation. It was amazing.

If I was to do this project again, I would push back against the salesperson and say, "No you will wait your turn; I will finish my research." They need to work on the pushiness of their sales people. They said that I would be getting my lifetime warranty but I am still waiting for it.

If I had known roughly when the crew was wrapping up I would have made myself available to inspect the work and ask any follow up questions. The roof looks great and I've had several people stop to take a look. I am happy to report the rain is no louder with a metal roof, which was one of my questions/concerns beforehand.

They loosened the arbor and took a chunk out of the side of the house. They didn't leave a note and we had to find that out for ourselves. I also never received my receipt. I would have been helpful to receive and envelope or notice telling me were to send payment. In all I did get my letter of payment in full so I am happy.
