This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Black on a home in Toronto, ON, completed June 17, 2014. The project covered roughly 14 squares of roofing. I think Interlock Roofing could improve on their project management. Dave was very good at selling and explaining the product, but other companies climbed up on the roof and took photos to explain areas of concern. I would have preferred that someone from Interlock had taken photos of the roof, and I would have liked Dave to have called when the work was being done and completed to check on the project and do an assessment. I don't climb up on the roof so I don't know if the job was done properly. I'm concerned about problems that could occur in a few years when the installation warranty has expired. I would have expected more customer service given the amount of money we spent for the project. I would like for someone to come and take photos so I know that the job was done done correctly.
