Review: September 26, 2014Completion: July 14, 2014Works need to be more careful with small items cut off the metal, as I am still picking up metal pieces in my flowers beds that are sharp, also many nails were found in the yard, even our driveway, which could have caused flat tires. We are very happy with the singles, the house looks lovely, and sure hope the winter is a good test for them.

I thought if they put tarp down, they could have stopped the small debris from getting into our grass. They said they would put a sign in the yard but they didn't.

When the flashing was installed the bottom two rows of the cedar shingles had to be removed and reinstalled around the dormer areas.. This work resulted in an extra cost of $1,200.00 that I had not clue I would be charged for. The sales person told us there was a 50 year non prorated warranty. The warranty information we received in the mail said it is transferable to only one owner. I was not told that. It should be 50 years no matter how many owners are after us.
