Called about a small problem over a month ago. Although I have received return calls the matter at hand has not been resolved. For the price that has been paid I expect faster results. This small problem could have been resolved or fixed within 30 minutes.

WE have neighbors who have had the same roof installed. I talked to them the other night and they have a different understanding about how to deal with their roof. We were given more information than them. I think they were mislead. We are really happy with it. We are very pleased.

There is a piece of the roof that was not replaced. I voiced my concerns but they have not gotten back to me about talking to a manager. This was a few weeks ago. The sign in the front was left. Am I supposed to throw it away or is someone coming to pick it up?

A bunch of our screens are ripped. They could have been more careful when they were putting the ladders against the house. They broke a motion sensor that had the spotlight at night. They bent another light that I didn't get to fix. Overall, I am happy.
