I was concerned and angry and thought we should take our deposit back. The delivery was here for weeks, and we had to keep calling them. When the salesmen go to people's homes and the people agree to a schedule, he should stick to the date of the arrangement.

Mine is darker red. Before, I had a brownish gray color and everything flashed down when it rained. Now my house looks like a castle. It is really super and I just love it. Great job.

Yard had some small pieces of waste in it. I got a nail in my tire, and had to have it repaired. I do like the roof BUT feel like after the money was paid to this company that I was pushed to the side. No one has tried to work out anything with us. They could have been done a little better. I'm a little concerned about the shingles tied into my siding on the verandah. I probably shouldn't have paid full price until it was all done right. The contract should be passed on to the contractor when they come to do the installation. They did not do everything that I wanted in the contract.

The big deal was sales staff did not tell me I needed to move the DirecTv dish from roof to another location. Very upsetting had a week event on pay 4 view that weekend & no dish. DirecTv could not relocate tell Monday. My dish hanging by the cable off the house. Sales peaple sould have told me I needed to move it. I could have had it moved in plenty of time if I know. Review: December 6, 2014 Completion: October 22, 2014We have a section of the roof sheathing that was sagging before the job was started. The sheathing wasn't repaired, and I'm not sure that I understood from the installer just how stable that section of the roof is - or not. We've had some snow runoff that doesn't seem to be going into the gutter at the rear of the house as expected. We'll keep an eye on it for the next while and see if it becomes an issue.

Review: December 6, 2014 Completion: September 16, 2014Our biggest concern was the things that went into dumpster rather then being recycled. they were trying to get the job done as quickly as possible, which we were glad for but they threw a lot of stuff in the dumpster. They did in 3 days instead of a week, which was pretty impressive. We had a problem getting rid of the dumpster, but that was a more a problem with the dumpster company.

Not all the materials arrived at first and there was a week's delay waiting for items. So far the roof is doing well, but the neighbors are beginning to comment on the sign still being in place so long after the job was completed.

He sounded like a carnival barker. I finally got aggravated and told him that I like product—I just needed to know if I could afford it. He finally gave up in frustration and started going over the prices. I guess he thought he had to sell me on the product, but I was already sold in it.

The salesperson and installation crew should nail down the number of snow guards on a given roof before giving an estimate. It's a communication issue between the salesperson, and the technicians. They should get that right. I'm very happy with my roof, and expect to be for the next 30 years.
